Our Wrist & Head Sweatbands are produced from knitted terry material and can be either plain or striped. They are then decorated with an embroidered logo to express your logo or brand.
Our minimum quantity for embroidered sweatbands is 100 pieces per embroidered colour, therefore a 2 colour logo would have a minimum of 200 pieces. The base colour of the sweatbands can be mixed in one order, so you could have for example 50 pieces black & 50 pieces white with your logo embroidered. They can be packaged in either singles or pairs as standard, for additional packaging please ask.
When embroidering text, it is recommended that the text area has a solid embroidered background to make the text stand out clearer.
Set Up Costs: Dependent on design -
When you fancy a little more style to your sweatband as opposed to just plain or stripes, why not opt for the Jacquard Knit style sweatband, these can then be further decorated with either an Embroidered Logo, Heatseal Logo, Woven Patch applied or a mix of any of these.

With really complicated or intricate designs we would suggest that the sweatband is decorated with a HeatSeal style logo, which transfers your image as if it was printed onto a sweatband.
The feel of the logo is smooth, but does have that soft plastic finish.
The minimum quantity for Heat Sealed logo is 300 pieces.

For that softer feel, whilst incorporating the complex design of your logo, we would suggest using the Woven Label approach.

overlocked onto
